Purchase Procedure

HOW TO RESERVE A PROPERTY

Prices are increasing at the rate of 20% per annum and the best ones go first. We therefore offer you the unique opportunity to Reserve off plan.

 

Chose your property with a £2,000 REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERRABLE DEPOSIT. 80% mortgages are available

 

To view our properties before continuing with your purchase you may book a trip to view Dalaman Gardens and our many other properties for only £99 per person* including flights, transfers & 3 nights accommodation.

 

Because of the high demand for this superbly located development, this trip must commence within 2 weeks from deposit, unless otherwise agreed or it will be deemed that you have agreed to proceed with the sale. Alternatively you may just proceed with the sale without a prior visit.

 

Deposits are transferable to any property or project we are offering and can be refunded in full in the event that:

  • Prior to a visit: for a full refund, less banking charges, you send a written rejection of the property within 24 hrs of PropertiesAbroad.Com Ltd. receiving your deposit and no subsidised flights have yet been booked on your behalf.
  • Prior to contract signing: your solicitor judges the risk to be greater than normal for off-plan purchases in Turkey and states so in writing.
  • During your visit: *you instruct us in writing that you do not wish to continue with this or any of our other properties

 *only 2 people per property subsidised – terms and conditions apply

a) If dates affected by school holidays are required the extra cost of such flights is not included in the above price.

b) *The only deduction is any applicable trip subsidy and credit card charges.

c) Any subsidies paid by us towards the cost of the flights will be charged to you should you cancel or withdraw from the flight or trip. It is therefore worth ensuring that you have adequate travel insurance in place. Airport charges may apply.

 

HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE

Following payments 1 & 2 a simple and understandable sales contract will be sent to you.  Stage payments may be made safely through our HSBC client’s account here in the UK.

Deposit Payments: when refundable
Your deposit payment(s) are refundable in the event that your solicitor advises you against signing the purchase contract and continuing with the purchase on the grounds that abnormalities have been found in build/planning permissions or with the title deeds and that your solicitor judges such risks to be significantly greater than normal for off-plan projects in Turkey and states so in writing. In the event that your solicitor does not advise you against purchasing on such grounds and that you do not sign the purchase contract within 2 months of it being drafted, the company reserves the right to return the property to the market without compensation.

Please contact us us for a list of solicitors recommended by our existing clients. The solicitor is completely independent of us as we have an ‘arms length’ policy within our company. It is advisable to use a solicitor for a number of reasons; not just for the normal things but for peace of mind and, for example things like advice on whose name/names to put on the contract etc – this could be a tax advantage according to your personal circumstances.
